I know for a fact we (my husband and I) will be eating there again. We had these amazing colorful nachos with ... (wait for it) with pulled pork on top. I have NEVER had nachos like that before) we also had hamburgers. I'm also looking for the best hamburger but they also have an awesome menu. Next time I am exploring that menu more. I already know what I will be ordering next time. The restrooms were clean. The restaurant inside is unique with license plates from various states. I kid you not I cannot wait for my husband and I second date night!! We are trying the potato skins. Ian works on Saturday that I know. I forgot the other days he said but Ian is the best. We he took our order he quickly said "Ladies first.." he just went above and beyond. We didn't even need to flag him down for refills! He would stop by when our glasses were empty. He cheeked on us asking about how we were enjoying the food. He is an amazing person! Anyway time to show the food because the food was epic. Between my husband and I we spent like $50 dollars. When I feel as though the service is top notch I give a lot more in tips. I ENJOYED MY FIRST TIME THERE!! ”

“ We go to Cody's about 3 times a week. We go on the days the pink haired bartender works. We have always gotten GREAT service from her. I was there the day EARL was there. You can't make that guy happy, check out his other posts. Bitches about everything. It was terrible how he talked to the bar maid. I don't know what gives him the right to talk to anyone this way. You don't need pains in the ass like that! Respect works both ways, you are not entitled! ”

“ I was visiting my parents in Ocala and they wanted to take me to Cody's. It's a fairly new place in the area. We sat in the back where they had live music. The only bad thing was it was so loud for a smaller area you couldn't really talk to each other. Although my parents said it wasn't like this before so maybe it was just that musician. Now I'm not gonna lie; I'm a sucker for a plate of nachos. I think I've tried them at every restaurant I've been. Well Cody's didn't disappoint. Delicious! They get that fresh ingredients are what makes the dish. I also got the Roadhouse salad. You may think "it's just a salad" but trust me, not all salads are created equal. I eat A LOT of them and this one is great. So stop by Cody's for some delicious food and great entertainment. Oh, before you go, join their e-club and get a free appetizer! ”

“ If you are looking for a Ruth Chris experience, you won't be happy. If you remember Golden Corral or Ponderosa, you will be thrilled. Ian was a wonderful server in many ways. My father-in-law has Alzheimer's disease. I'm not sure if Ian picked up on it, but he treated my father-in-law with a lot of respect. The food is good. The 2 for 1 drink deal is great because they even offer it on top shelf. Plenty of seating. ”
